Assuming you don't have a screen capture software installed on your PC you could use the 'PRINT SCREEN' button (usually located over the arrows - depending on your keyboard's layout). Pressing this will store the screen in the clipboard. Then you need to open a graphics software that supports creating new images (eg IrfanView which is freeware) (or even Word) and paste the clipboard. Save the file and email it to me. And then, they claim computers are getting easier to use...
